Choosing to start counseling is a meaningful step, and I appreciate the trust it takes to share your story with someone new. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, talking openly, and exploring challenges without judgment. My approach is collaborative—I believe counseling is a partnership where we work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. I am committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care while continuing to grow as a counselor.

Before becoming a counseling intern, I spent 18 years working in finance. While I valued that experience, I felt drawn toward work that allowed me to support people in a more personal and meaningful way. My own career transition has given me a deeper appreciation for the uncertainty, stress, and growth that often come with major life changes.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my family, creating drone videos, and writing and producing music. My wife and I have been married for 24 years, and we have five sons. We recently relocated from Northern California to Utah and are enjoying this new chapter.

I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you as you make the changes you want.
