Doralie is a Marriage and Family Therapist. She enjoys working with young adults as they transition into independence, helping couples navigate relationship challenges ranging from learning to communicate and creating strong relationships to managing challenges such as dealing with pornography use and faith differences. Doralie also enjoys working with adults who are working to improve relationships, boundaries, emotional regulation, managing burnout, navigate faith questions and transitions, and understanding how to thrive at each stage of life.

 

Doralie has been married for 16 years and has 2 super cool kids. She is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, listening to podcasts, cooking, anything funny, and chocolate chip cookies. Doralie enjoys working with families and couples and in her practice draws from uses Gottman's Marriage Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Bowen's Intergenerational Family Systems Theory in a family setting. When working with individuals Doralie uses collaborative therapy, solution-focused, DBT, CBT, and Bowen's intergenerational family theory to help clients navigate depression, anxiety, relational struggles, grief, and trauma. Doralie offers marriage checkup sessions and premarital counseling using the PREPARE/ENRICH program that provide a chance to review a couple's strengths and identify tools to use for the areas the couple wishes to improve.
