Are you feeling stuck in your relationship or family dynamics?  Do conflict, disconnection, or unresolved tension leave you longing for deeper connection and peace?

As a Marriage and Family Therapist Student Intern at National University, Becky specializes in helping couples and families navigate relational challenges and rediscover meaningful connections.  Her clinical training includes studies in attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman methodologies, providing a robust foundation for guiding clients through their unique journeys.  She has also completed an EFT externship, further honing her ability to support clients in building secure and lasting bonds.

Becky is passionate about working with couples who are caught in repetitive arguments or emotional disconnection cycles.  She offers a safe, supportive space where both partners can express their needs and explore new ways of relating.  Through her approach, clients learn to recognize their partner's vulnerabilities and efforts for connection rather than responding defensively or withdrawing.

While Becky focuses on helping couples strengthen their relationships, she supports individuals and families facing life transitions, grief, parenting challenges, and children or adolescents.  She understands that every relationship exists within a broader context, and her goal is to help clients identify patterns, foster healthy communication, and build fulfilling connections.

Therapy with Becky focuses on:

*Rebuilding trust and intimacy in relationships

*Breaking free from unhelpful patterns of communication

*Navigating the emotional complexities of life transitions

*Enhancing understanding and connection in family dynamics

Becky believes in a collaborative approach to therapy.  While she serves as a guide, she emphasizes that meaningful change requires courage and commitment from her clients.  She is honored to walk alongside individuals and couples, ready to take the first step toward healing and growth.

A Utah native who recently returned after spending years on the East Coast, Becky cherishes the opportunity to serve her local community.  When not in session, she enjoys hiking, sewing, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Are you ready to transform your relationships and create the connection you deserve?  Becky would be honored to support you on this journey.
