From Andraè: "As a generational cycle breaker, I understand firsthand the courage and resilience it takes to create meaningful change in one's life. My journey has been deeply personal, shaped by my own experiences and the challenges I've faced along the way. As a parent who has navigated the often turbulent waters of the teen years, I am passionate about supporting both teens and their parents through these critical times.
"In my work, I focus on helping clients break free from patterns that no longer serve them, fostering growth and healing. I bring empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental approach to my practice, drawing from my own journey to offer a compassionate and supportive environment. My goal is to empower families, encourage open communication, and guide them toward healthier relationships.
"I am committed to helping clients find their strength and resilience, no matter where they are in their journey. Whether you're a teen struggling with identity and pressures, a parent seeking guidance, or someone looking to break generational cycles, I am here to support you in finding a path forward."
Andraé and her husband have been married for 24 years and she is the mother of 8 children, including two children on the autism spectrum and five with dyslexia. She has extensive experience working with teens and emerging adults. Andraé is also a military spouse and a military mom.
